Attention: Interboro Institute

Students & Graduates

 

When Interboro Institute closed in December, 2007, Technical Career Institutes (TCI) assumed academic responsibility for the Interboro students and graduates.  TCI would like to inform Interboro students of the following:

All Interboro Institute transcripts and Interboro Institute diplomas will be issued through TCI. 

 

TCI has been teaching Interboro students under the Interboro catalog (curriculum) for the last two semesters and will extend this service into the fall semester. 

 

Through TCI, over 300 Interboro students were able to complete their Interboro Associates degree.  TCI already has another 200 students enrolled for this fall and there are additional seats available. Classes start this week, so there is still time to register.

 

TCI has also created some new programs in areas that it did not have before.  This will provide for Interboro students who have more than one semester left the opportunity to transfer to a complimentary TCI program.  The advantages of completing a degree in a TCI program are specific to each student and can be best explored with a TCI advisor. 

 

Any student who earns a TCI degree will have access to TCI’s career placement services and also a broad choice of schools in which to transfer credits to when seeking a higher degree.  TCI is dual-accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and the New York State Board of Regents and has been recognized as one of the top colleges by the Community College Week in the conferral of engineering-related associate degrees for 8 years in a row.
