Committee on Academic Standing
The Committee on Academic Standing (AS) reviews student requests for:

waivers under the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP), |
| • |
appeals of academic dismissals and participation in the Second Chance Program, and |
| • |
any other matters referred by the President or by the Vice President for Academic Affairs. |

The CAS is a standing committee, appointed by the President and composed of a representative of Student Affairs, a senior administrator, a faculty representative and a representative of the financial office. A student who wishes to make an appeal to the committee must follow the steps outlined below: |

Submit a written appeal. |

Provide supporting documentation. |
| • |
Submit the completed appeal form to the Office of Student Affairs. |
